Buttercup Enterprises LLC provides catering/event planning services and travel planning/booking services.

Due to the customized nature of these services, the following policies apply:

Catering Services Deposits & Payments

All catering bookings require a deposit to secure the event date. Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event may receive a partial refund, excluding the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.

Final Guest Count & Changes

Final guest count and menu selections must be confirmed no later than 10 days prior to the event.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is permitted based on availability and must be requested in writing.

Travel Planning & Bookings Service Fees

All planning and consultation fees are non-refundable.

Supplier Policies

Travel bookings (including flights, hotels, and cruises) are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, etc.).

Cancellations & Changes

Any changes or cancellations may incur penalties from suppliers.

Buttercup Enterprises LLC is not responsible for supplier-imposed fees.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Buttercup Enterprises LLC is not responsible for losses due to cancellations, delays, illness, or unforeseen events.
